Job summary

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to read blueprints/print specs accurately.
• Experience using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, height gauges).
• Ability to operate milling machines, lathes, drill presses, and band saws.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Operate milling machines to cut, shape, or form metal parts to specifications.
• Perform first-part inspections and other inspections as required by management.
• Identify nonconforming parts and segregate them.
• Meet or exceed production part rates.
