Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED; Associate Degree preferred.
Minimum of five years in maintenance, skilled trades, or coordinate measuring in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in reading engineering blueprints, GD&T and schematics.

Responsibilities

Develop, evaluate, and maintain calibration systems.
Define standards for base/derived units and ensure accuracy of measurements.
Program, set up, and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs).
Identify and reduce measurement uncertainty; conduct audits and root-cause analysis.
Lead teams in selecting approved measurement standards and represent SME in standardization groups.
Maintain production and facility equipment, including CNC, PLC, and robotics.
