Qualifications

• Requires high school or GED; an associate degree is preferred.
• Proficient reading blueprints and GD&T, knowledge of electrical/mechanical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and maintain calibration systems and standards for base/derived units.
• Program, setup, and operate CMMs; use height gauges and optical comparators for GD&T checks.
• Perform uncertainty analysis, process audits, and root cause analysis for quality improvements.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products to substantiate claims and support compensation decisions.
• Lead engineering, quality, and lab teams in measurement standard selection; engage with standards committees.
