Precision Metals Production OperatorLocation: North Canton, OHSchedule: Monday–Friday | 1st and 2nd Shift openingsPicture your day: you clock in on a busy production floor devoted to building precision metal components. You review the day’s work orders, pull the correct materials, and set up your station by following clear work instructions. You load stock, start up production equipment, and keep a close eye on the run—listening for changes, watching gauges, and making routine quality checks. In-process measurements with a tape measure and micrometer confirm that parts stay within spec, and you record each run’s data accurately. Between jobs, you move materials with a forklift or overhead crane (we’ll train you if you haven’t used them before), keep your area clean, and follow every safety rule.
