Hire Sync is hiring for Production Operators in North Ridgeville, OH. Earn $17.50 per hour with a $2.00 per hour shift differential. Shifts available: 1st (5:00 AM – 3:30 PM) and 2nd (1:00 PM – 11:00 PM).

25 openings on a fast-paced team manufacturing high‑performance metals and precision products. Three‑day weekends are included; overtime possible after training. Join a stable, growing manufacturing company focused on quality and efficiency.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for long shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble parts and products according to strict specifications.
• Inspect finished products for quality using rulers, gauges, and visual checks.
• Operate and monitor production equipment.
• Document production and quality checks accurately.
• Identify and report any defects.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Assist with training and support other team members as needed.
