Job summary

Employ Partners in Canton, GA is seeking a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM) on a Temp-to-Hire basis. The role offers a hourly wage of $19.86 plus benefits, with a path to permanent employment.

You will operate production equipment, load materials, monitor performance, and help maintain quality and safety on the line in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate production and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.

• Load raw materials and unload finished products from machinery.
• Monitor equipment during operation and report any issues or malfunctions.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
