Job summary

100Hires, Inc. in North Canton, OH, seeks a Production Machine Operator for 1st and 2nd shifts (Mon–Fri). You will operate production equipment, handle materials, perform quality checks, and help produce precision metal components in a safe manufacturing environment.

The role requires prior manufacturing or machine operating experience, comfort with measuring tools, and ability to read instructions. Forklift/crane experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience required.
• Comfortable using basic measuring tools, including tape measures and micrometers.
• Able to read work instructions and follow written procedures.
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.
• Forklift or overhead crane experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery following work instructions.
• Load and unload materials from machines.
• Record production information accurately.
• Use forklifts and overhead cranes to move materials (training available if needed).
• Read work orders and gather the correct materials for production.
• Inspect parts using measuring tools such as tape measures and micrometers.
• Keep the work area clean and follow all safety procedures.
• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
