Job summary

Consolidated Metal Products in Cincinnati, Ohio, is hiring Machine Operators who want to learn, develop technical skills, and grow their earning potential. This full-time, direct-hire role welcomes candidates from manufacturing, warehousing, automotive repair, construction, and other hands-on environments.

Starting pay is $18 per hour with advancement up to approximately $26 per hour. Available shifts include First Shift 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, automotive repair, construction, warehousing, assembly, fabrication, equipment operation, or similar environments.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Dependable attendance & stable work history.
• Comfort working with tools and equipment.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment used to cut, bend, form, thread, draw, or finish metal products.
• Load and unload materials.
• Inspect finished parts.
• Use tape measures, calipers, micrometers, or other measuring tools.
• Make basic machine adjustments.
• Learn setups and tooling changes.
• Identify and correct quality issues.
• Follow safety and production procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support team and continuous‑improvement efforts.

Available Shifts

First Shift: 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Second Shift: 3:30 p.m.–midnight (Second shift includes an additional $1.00-per-hour premium ).

What You’ll Do

• Operate production equipment used to cut, bend, form, thread, draw, or finish metal products
• Load and unload materials
• Inspect finished parts
