Job summary

O’Neal Manufacturing Services is seeking a Machine Operator I to safely set up, monitor, and operate a range of production machines in a high‑safety environment. The role requires reading blueprints, operating forklifts and cranes, and ensuring quality output.

Work on 3rd shift (Mon-Thu, 8:30pm–7:00am) with weekly pay and a $1.50 shift differential. Pay is discussed in the posted range, with opportunities for growth and skill development within a family‑owned metal fabrication leader.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic critical thinking and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret simple blueprints.
• Ability to operate forklifts and cranes and maintain certifications.
• Ability to read measurements with tape, calipers, and micrometers.

Responsibilities
