O’Neal Manufacturing Services is seeking a Machine Operator I to set up and operate a range of metal fabrication machines in a 1st/2nd/3rd shift on-site in Greensboro, NC. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and accuracy in producing parts for internal and external customers.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic critical thinking, and the ability to read simple blueprints, operate lifting equipment, and use hand and measuring tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic critical thinking and attention to detail required.
• Must be able to operate forklifts and cranes and maintain certifications.
• Ability to read and interpret simple blueprints and use measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and maintain a safe work area.
• Set up and operate machines; adjust tooling, guides, jigs, fixtures.
• Operate various machines including angle line machines, saws, laser cutters, welders, lathes, and more.
• Ensure accuracy and quality for internal and external customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned and maintain clean, organized work area.
