Job summary

O'Neal Manufacturing Services is seeking a Machine Operator I to safely set up, monitor, and operate a range of production machines in our Louisville facility. You will ensure quality output while adhering to safety standards and processes.

The role requires reading blueprints, operating multiple machines, and maintaining a clean, organized workstation. We offer a 3rd shift schedule (Mon-Thu 8:30pm-7:00am) with weekly pay and a $1.50 shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret simple blueprints.
• Capable of operating one or more processing machines.
• Ability to speak, write, and comprehend conversational English.
• Must maintain certifications for required equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a variety of production machines.
• Monitor operation to ensure safety and quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
