Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a related industry.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of machine operation.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and perform manual tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50lbs.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment control panels.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and willingness to follow them.

Responsibilities

• Operate and control machinery as per SOPs and production schedules.
• Set up machines before production, loading materials and calibrating equipment.
• Monitor output for quality and adjust as needed to meet specifications.
• Adhere to safety protocols and report issues to supervisor.
• Maintain production logs and record machine activities.
• Collaborate with team and quality control personnel to resolve issues.
• Maximize machine productivity and minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards and company policies.
