Job summary

The successful candidate will read work orders, operate machinery, take measurements, and perform routine adjustments, while maintaining a clean work area and supporting safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machinery safely and efficiently to meet daily production requirements.
• Enter accurate production data into machine systems.
• Read and interpret work orders, cut-sheets, and written instructions.
• Inspect products for size, finish, and quantity throughout the production process.
• Examine materials for defects and report issues promptly to supervision.
• Assist in identifying root causes of production or quality issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free work area and comply with safety policies.
• Wear PPE at all times and participate in safety initiatives.
