Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Machine Operator.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of machine operation.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and perform manual tasks for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment control panels.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and willingness to follow them rigorously.

Responsibilities

• Operate and control machinery per SOPs and production schedules.
• Set up machines before production, loading materials, adjusting settings, and calibrating equipment.
• Monitor output for quality and consistency; perform inspections and adjustments as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and report safety issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain production logs and records of machine settings and activities.
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and quality control to resolve issues.
• Strive to maximize machine productivity and minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Meet or exceed daily production goals.
