Job summary

You will partner with PM leads and global biomarker leads to drive plan development, execution, and cross-functional alignment across R&D.

The role requires coordinating with senior stakeholders, managing budgets, timelines, and risks, and leading PMT meetings to ensure integrated plans support asset value.

Qualifications

• Program Management, Clinical Operations, Translational/Precision Medicine experience.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in R&D and clinical development.
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines for translational programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main collaborator of the PMed Teams by supporting strategic planning and execution of integrated PMed plans.
• Manage research collaborations and reverse translational initiatives with internal and external partners.
• Develop PMED budgets and monitor team expenses to align with financial goals.
• Create and maintain execution timelines, track progress, and flag deviations.
• Lead PMT meetings, record minutes, and reflect outcomes in timelines and budgets.
• Escalate risks and develop mitigation strategies with the Head of PMO.
• Coordinate with biomarker strategy teams and other stakeholders in clinical programs.
• Apply PMP and PMO best practices across planning, QA/QC, and closing phases.
• Support content creation for cross-functional reviews and governance meetings.
• Act as an integrator to Product Teams and Clinical Study Teams.
• Drive risk management and effective communication plans.
• Perform critical path analyses and communicate inflection points with mitigations.
• Ensure on-time delivery and manage changes to plan.
• Lead cross-functional teams through scientific or strategic changes.
• Ensure meeting effectiveness and maintain MS Teams/Smartsheet updates.
