Precision Medicine Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to plan, direct, and deliver clinical study activities in support of Precision for Medicine. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to meet scope, budget, and timeline.

Responsibilities include budget management, risk mitigation, quality oversight (eTMF), stakeholder communications, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Travel may be required for bids and global trials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science or health-related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years clinical research experience with 4+ years direct project management.
• Experience managing complex and global trials.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact and escalation point.
• Oversee external vendors to timeline and budget.
• Manage study budgets and identify out-of-scope activities.
• Maintain collaboration with clinical operations for delivery.
• Forecast billing and profitability; ensure on-time billing.
• Develop robust project plans with risk management.
• Ensure quality management and eTMF readiness.
• Lead internal and client meetings and report progress.
• Present to diverse audiences including Bid Defenses.
• Support business development and travel to bid defenses.
