Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a PhD and/or Master\'s degree with relevant PM experience OR a Bachelor\'s degree with experience OR an Associate\'s with extended experience.
• Experience in program/project management within healthcare/pharma contexts is preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment and manage budgets/resources.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate strategic planning and monitor execution of integrated PMed plans across assets.
• Manage research collaborations and external partnerships for translational initiatives.
• Develop and track PMED budgets and ensure alignment with financial goals.
• Create and maintain execution timelines, flags risks, and mitigations.
• Lead PMT meetings with clear agendas and outcomes reflected in timelines and budgets.
• Mitigate risks with PMO leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
