Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Precision Medicine Account Manager for the Great Lakes region to lead regional execution of precision medicine strategy across oncology practices, health systems, and pathology networks.

You will build partnerships, assess biomarker pathways, and drive testing readiness for launches while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and key opinion leaders.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree (B.A./B.S. required).
• Minimum 8 years of business experience, 2 years Precision Medicine experience required.
• Oncology experience required.
• Ability for up to 50% travel including overnights.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional execution of the U.S. Precision Medicine strategy through focused account plans.
• Build trusted relationships with oncology, pathology, laboratory, practice, and health system stakeholders.
• Assess patient testing journeys and biomarker pathways to strengthen testing and decision‑making.
• Evaluate account readiness for launches and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Deliver precision medicine education, biomarker testing strategies, and diagnostic solutions.
• Collaborate across functions to address barriers and align resources.
• Cultivate key opinion leader relationships to advance J&J IM leadership.
• Maintain accurate business records and comply with policies and regulations.
