Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Roseville, MN is seeking an Operator I for Medical Device Assembly to join our manufacturing team on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 1:30 AM). You will perform routine assembly under supervision, following procedures to ensure quality and traceability.

Ideal candidates have attention to detail, ability to read work instructions, and willingness to work overtime as needed. This role offers training, safety focus, and opportunities in a regulated production environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and manufacturing operations according to established procedures and quality standards.
• Follow work instructions, manufacturing travelers, and production documentation accurately.
• Maintain complete and accurate production and quality records to ensure product traceability.
• Operate equipment and tools safely and effectively.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment as required.
• Inspect products and components to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Utilize microscopes for detailed assembly and inspection activities for up to 50-90% of the workday, depending on assignment.
• Communicate production issues, quality concerns, and improvement opportunities to supervisors and team members.
• Participate in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Support Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and regulatory compliance requirements.
