Job summary

rms Company, a Cretex Medical unit, is seeking a Production Operator Assembler I on 2nd shift in Minnesota (Coon Rapids area). You will perform basic machine operation, inspection, assembly, packaging, and related support tasks across multiple production areas in a cleanroom environment.

You'll read and follow work instructions, document quality checks, and participate in 5S and continuous improvement. Entry-level role with cross-training opportunities and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Experience with basic math and measurement tools.
• Familiarity with 5S, ISO, cGMP quality requirements.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, assemble, and package components and medical devices per customer specs.
• Operate hand tools and basic equipment used in assembly.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections using microscopes, gauges, and calipers.
• Maintain organized work area following 5S and document quality checks.
• Cross-train across manufacturing areas.
