Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift (2:00 PM–10:30 PM) in Sparks, MD. The role requires training on the 1st shift until fluent in the job role, then transition to 2nd shift.

This is a contract on W2 with standard 40 hours/week for a medical device manufacturing environment. Candidates should have 1–2 years of manufacturing experience, a high school diploma, and be able to read and interpret English, perform basic math, and work well in a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years' experience in manufacturing/machine operation.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret English and perform basic math.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to rotate tasks and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine production functions including filling, utility operations, packing, labeling and inspecting.
• Maintains accurate records and logs per FDA, GMPs and ISO9000.
• Works effectively in a team setting to support goals.
• Follows instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Ensures quality and safety compliance during operations.
