Job summary

rms Company is seeking an entry-level Production Operator Assembler I in Minnesota. The role involves basic machine operation, inspection, assembly, packaging, and support tasks across multiple production areas, following procedures and quality standards for medical device components.

The position supports 1st shift (Mon-Thu, 6:00am-4:00pm) with responsibilities spanning inspection, assembly, labeling, and documentation to ensure safe, compliant production.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and follow written instructions in English.
• Perform basic math, hand–eye coordination, and dexterity.
• Use basic hand tools and measurement equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspection using measurement tools.
• Assemble and package components to customer specifications.
• Document production records, quality checks and setup sheets.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S practices.
• Cross-train across manufacturing areas and follow ISO/cGMP requirements.
