rms Company, a Cretex Medical member, seeks a Production Operator Assembler I for first shift in Minnesota. Responsibilities include basic machine operation, inspection, assembly, packaging, and quality documentation in a cleanroom environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math skills, and experience with measurement tools. Training will cover 5S, ISO/cGMP, and safety protocols to support multiple production areas.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions in English.
• Basic math, good hand‑eye coordination and dexterity.
• Use basic hand tools and measurement equipment.
• Clear verbal and written communication and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Inspect, assemble, and package components per customer specs.
• Operate hand tools and basic equipment in assembly.
• Use sealing equipment for packaging and labeling.
• Perform labeling, packaging, and final presentation of product.
• Operate production equipment per work instructions and monitor quality.
• Perform basic machine checks and document results.
