Job summary

rms Company, part of the Cretex Medical family, is hiring an entry-level Production Operator Assembler I in Minnesota. You will perform basic machine operation, inspection, assembly, packaging, and support tasks across multiple production areas, following established procedures and quality standards to produce medical device components.

The role requires reading and following instructions in English, basic math, and the ability to use hand tools and measurement equipment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions in English.
• Perform basic math, hand–eye coordination, and dexterity.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and measurement equipment.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, assemble, and package components and medical devices per customer specifications.
• Operate hand tools and basic manual equipment used in the assembly process.
• Use sealing equipment and perform labeling, packaging, and final presentation of product.
• Operate production equipment per work instructions; monitor quality and machine performance.
