rms Company, part of Cretex Medical, is seeking a Production Operator Assembler I to join their medical device manufacturing team in Minnesota. The role involves basic machine operation, assembly, inspection, packaging, and supporting multiple production areas according to procedures and quality standards.

You will perform visual/dimensional inspections, maintain clean work areas, read work instructions, and participate in training.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Read, write, and follow written instructions in English.
• Perform basic math and use hand tools and measurement equipment.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Work well in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and/or dimensional inspection using microscopes, gauges, calipers, or other measurement tools.
• Complete required production records, quality checks, setup sheets, and history records.
• Handle cleaning chemicals and maintain 5S in the workspace.
• Read and follow work instructions, standard work, and ISO/cGMP requirements.
• Cross-train across manufacturing areas and support quality systems.
