Brooks Instrument is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Technician to join the headquarters team in Hatfield, PA. You will fabricate, assemble and test ultra-high-purity gas delivery systems, interpret mechanical drawings, and diagnose issues to keep production moving smoothly.

The role emphasizes hands-on fabrication, documentation, and collaboration with suppliers and internal groups in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years experience in a related field.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and flow diagrams.
• Experience with ultra-high purity gas systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Fabricate, assemble, and integrate UHP gas delivery systems and test benches.
• Build and modify mechanical assemblies and fixtures from engineering docs.
• Bend, route and install stainless steel tubing with clean, leak-free connections.
• Assemble, troubleshoot, and validate mechanical/electromechanical systems.
• Diagnose production equipment issues and implement improvements.
• Work with vendors to identify components and process quotes.
• Manage multiple assignments with attention to quality and detail.
