Job summary

Brooks Instrument seeks a Manufacturing Technician (2nd shift) to join our Hatfield, PA headquarters. Work hours are 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday, in a controlled production environment.

You will assemble, calibrate, and test electromechanical equipment, troubleshoot issues, document procedures, and support continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on quality and timely delivery. Required: high school diploma; 2-year technical degree preferred; proficiency with Windows and

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• A 2-year technical degree is preferred.
• Proficient with Windows and standard PC tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, calibrate, and test electromechanical equipment.
• Support daily production issues affecting orders.
• Analyze and troubleshoot product and equipment failures.
• Monitor equipment performance and implement upgrades.
• Participate in daily Gemba review for production performance.
• Assist with maintenance of production equipment per PM system.
• Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
• Work in a Class 100 clean room environment.
• Create and update operating procedures and docs.
• Validate hardware/software on production equipment prior to release via ECN.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
