Job summary

Brooks Instrument, part of ITW, seeks an Industrial Calibrator / Repair Technician in Hatfield, PA. You will calibrate flow devices, disassemble/reassemble units, and perform tests per customer specs, while logging parts and maintaining safety. Ability to work independently and follow procedures is essential.

The role requires 3+ years in calibration/assembly, strong troubleshooting, and familiarity with electronic measuring tools. Competitive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years industrial calibration/assembly experience preferred.
• Good computer skills with Word and Excel.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with electro-mechanical parts assembly is a plus.
• Familiar with hand tools and electronic measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Follow established procedures and processes.
• Disassemble / Reassemble devices; water wash appropriate parts.
• Purge and clean devices exposed to hazardous fluids.
• Log replaced parts in RMA tracker and update status reports.
• Functional check re-assembled devices and calibrate to specs.
• Prepare devices for calibration and collect data for sheets.
• Perform pressure tests and helium leak tests; repair as needed.
• Document findings and submit in-house reports; ensure safety.
