Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Able to see deficiencies in raw materials
• Identify product by proper name at sight and trim all loins
• Label/identify sub primal cuts after trimming to ensure readiness for next processing step
• Knowledge of basic cuts and trim for prep table output (stew, roasts, PTRs, etc.)
• Heavy lifting may be required
