Sysco is seeking a meat-cutting professional in Ohio. The role focuses on trimming to customer specifications and preparing high-yield product for further processing, supporting the production team in a refrigerated environment.

The ideal candidate will have meat trimming and knife skills, basic knowledge of cuts, and thrive in a team setting. Reliability, teamwork, and a customer-service mindset are valued to help meet daily production goals.

Formación

• Meat trimming and knife skills.
• Basic knowledge of meat cuts.
• Able to work in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Able to see deficiencies in raw materials
• Ability to identify the product by proper name at sight as well as the ability to trim all loins
• Ability to label /identify sub primal cuts after trimming to ensure product is ready for next step in processing.
• Knowledge of basic cuts and trim that prep table is responsible for producing (stew, roasts, PTRs, etc.)
• Some heavy lifting required
