Job summary

Specialty Coating Systems Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented manufacturing associate to follow established processes and MSPs. You will perform masking/demasking, inspection, and handling of coating fixtures, using a microscope and hand tools to ensure quality.

The role requires accuracy, basic math, and the ability to work in a clean room environment while maintaining strict safety and ESD procedures. Color vision and steady hand-eye coordination are essential for precision tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reading Comprehension assessment may be used in lieu of GED.
• Must be able to work in a clean room environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow designated processes, MSPs and written/verbal instructions.
• Perform masking/demasking and inspection using small hand tools, microscope or support equipment.
• Inspect own work for quality compliance.
• May inspect, disassemble, clean and/or refurbish and/or reassemble coating fixtures.
• Comply with ESD handling requirements when required.
• Operate precision measuring instruments and record results.
• May perform daily tasks in a clean room environment.
• Properly dispose, package, label, ship or inspect hazardous materials or waste as required.
