Amcor LLC in Franklin, Indiana seeks a Machine Operator to perform repetitive production and packing on plastic bottles. You will follow the production schedule, monitor equipment, and ensure product flow from line to packaging while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED (or manufacturing experience) and the ability to stand long shifts, lift up to 50 pounds, and work with a team. Training on safety and GMP/HACCP will be provided.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing-related experience or training.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and tend production lines to maintain product flow.
• Check finished products for defects and ensure specifications.
• Follow all safety, HACCP, GMP, and product safety guidelines.
• Attend monthly shift meetings (6am for day shift, 6pm for night shift).
• Train new department members as needed and learn on-the-job skills.
• Maintain housekeeping and sanitation in work areas.
