Job summary

Amcor is seeking a production and packing operator for our Indiana facility to mass process products such as plastic bottles. You will work from a production schedule, tend machines like palletizers and case packers, and ensure product quality and safety across shifts.

Responsibilities include operating lines, performing hourly quality checks, adhering to HACCP/GMP standards, and training new staff as needed. Daily shifts begin at 6am (day) or 6pm (night) with ongoing safety focus.

Qualifications

• Education or equivalent: High school diploma or GED; or at least one year of manufacturing related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Operate production lines and packaging equipment to ensure steady product flow.
• Check finished products for defects and maintain safety and cleanliness in the work area.
• Follow HACCP, GMP and Product Safety guidelines; participate in training and safety programs.
