Job summary

Lincotek Group in Tennessee is seeking a Production Operator to perform prep-work, masking, grit blasting, finishing, passivation, and cleaning under the direction of the Production Manager.

You will monitor processes, use calibrated instruments for measurements, keep tooling clean, and work within safety and quality systems on the manufacturing floor; willingness to work flexible shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented and accurate work ethic.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Capable of lifting at least 50 lbs.
• Must be able to plan, prioritize and complete tasks efficiently to meet schedules.

• Prep-work of parts
• Masking parts
• Grit blasting of parts
• Finishing of parts
• Cleaning of parts
• Passivation of parts
• Continuously monitor process, keeping production output within required tolerances
• Keep the tooling clean and ready to operate
• Assist and perform duties as assigned by Production Manager
• Use calibrated instruments to perform critical measurements
• Work within the Company's Quality and Safety System context, following procedures and requirements
