Job summary

Lincotek Group in Molalla, OR is seeking a Finishing Production Associate to polish and finish manufactured components. You will perform manual polishing and support various finishing operations, training provided.

No prior manufacturing experience required, but attention to detail and ability to read work instructions are essential. You will work Fri-Sun, 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with four days off each week and full training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing, polishing or finishing experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and processes.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions and technical procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual polishing to meet established quality standards.
• Support finishing operations including manual belting, CNC milling, CNC grinding, grit blasting, drag finishing, and laser marking.
• Perform visual inspections to verify product quality.
• Clean and passivate components according to work instructions.
• Follow production procedures, safety guidelines, and customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Cross-train in different finishing operations to support production needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Join Lincotek in Molalla, OR, as a Finishing Production Associate specializing in polishing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to learn new manufacturing skills.

Schedule

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Position

As a Finishing Production Associate, you will help prepare and finish manufactured components to meet quality and customer specifications. You will perform manual polishing and other finishing operations while receiving training across multiple manufacturing processes.

Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate!

What You'll Do

• Perform manual polishing of components to meet established quality standards.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and use hands for handling components and operating equipment.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work around moving mechanical equipment, airborne particles, heat, vibration, and varying noise levels.
• Required vision includes close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
