Lincotek in Oregon seeks a Finishing Production Associate to prepare and finish manufactured components, ensuring they meet quality and customer specifications. You will perform manual polishing and other finishing operations while receiving training across multiple manufacturing processes.

No prior manufacturing experience required; we are willing to train the right candidate and offer hands-on instruction to learn grinding, polishing, inspection, and safety procedures in a production

Qualificações

• Interest in manufacturing and quality standards.
• Ability to follow work instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Perform manual polishing of components to meet established quality standards.
• Support finishing operations, including manual belting, CNC milling, CNC grinding, grit blasting, drag finishing, and laser marking.
• Perform visual inspections to verify product quality.
• Clean and passivate components according to work instructions.
• Follow production procedures, safety guidelines, and customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Cross-train in different finishing operations to support production needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
