LIGHTNING LABS LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Blending Operator to join our Florida-based operations. You will measure, mix, and prepare ingredients according to specifications and schedules, maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will set up and monitor blending equipment, verify materials, document data, and collaborate with teammates to ensure quality and compliance. This role emphasizes safety, precision, and continuous improvement in production processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, food processing, chemical production, or a related environment.
• Ability to read and follow formulas, instructions, and production documentation with accuracy.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with measuring tools, scales, and production equipment.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy materials as required by the role.

Responsibilities
