Responsibilities

• Adhere to all department work instructions and safety rules.
• Set up and operate manual/CNC/CNC setup functions.
• Process paperwork per machining standards and ERP records.
• Machine from blueprints for standard and special parts.
• Re-machine or modify parts per new dimensions or customer needs.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on machines.
• Troubleshoot routine equipment issues.
• Apply proper tooling and feeds/speeds for materials.
• Ensure parts meet tolerance specs and QA standards.
• Follow company policies and QA management system.
