Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience required.
• Overtime availability on weekdays/weekends.
• Detail-oriented with good math and basic computer skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions.
• Must communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Set up and change over CNC machines for daily assignments (Mill, Lathe, or Punch Press).
• Prepare by reading blueprints and setting tooling.
• Operate and monitor machines, adjust as needed, and inspect parts with measurement tools.
• Collaborate in a team environment to maintain productivity and quality.
• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures.
• Complete additional duties as assigned and participate in practical assessments during onboarding.
