Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience operating manual lathes and mills.
• Ability to read and apply blueprints.
• Experience with precision measuring tools and tight tolerances.
• Reverse engineering parts without drawings.
• Experience with CNC machining and CAM tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual lathes and mills and CNC machines.
• Machine and inspect components for rotating equipment.
• Perform field machining on heads, flanges, bases.
• Read OEM drawings and tolerance data.
• Support shop planning, estimating, and documentation.
• Propose process improvements.
