Randstad USA in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a machinist to turn raw stock into precision parts. You will read blueprints, set up manual and CNC equipment, and inspect parts to ensure tight tolerances.

We offer a first-shift role with 8 AM–4 PM, $60,000–$80,000 per year, and a strong emphasis on safety and quality. Military veterans are strongly encouraged to apply and processes emphasize discipline and technical know-how.

Competenze

• 4 years of blueprint reading and engineering drawing experience.
• Experience operating manual and CNC machining equipment.
• Ability to read specs and maintain tight tolerances.
• Comfort with inspection tools and measurement equipment.
• Knowledge of shop math and geometry preferred.

Mansioni

• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to guide machining.
• Set up and operate manual and CNC machines.
• Select tooling and measure parts to spec with calipers and micrometers.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and ensure quality records.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to meet timelines.
