Qualifications

• Two years related machining experience.
• Reads blueprints, specifications, and verbal instructions.
• Understands lean initiatives and applied teamwork.
• Communicates effectively and uses job software applications.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run production machines and perform pre-planned operations.
• Perform tapping, spot-facing, countersinking, and close-tolerance work.
• Align and fasten parts using fixtures and methods.
• Adjust feeds, speeds and depths of cut to quality parts.
• Inspect parts with gauges and SPC tools and report issues.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness, accuracy and reliability.
• Participate in lean initiatives and safety practices.
