Job summary

GLOCK, Inc. in Georgia is seeking a manufacturing operator to support the production of slides and barrels. You will operate manual and CNC machines, follow SOPs, and help meet quality and production goals.

The role requires hand-tools experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work a 2:00 PM–10:00 PM shift, Monday through Friday. Training is provided and safety is emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Ability to meet daily production goals.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Experience with hand-tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to perform shift work.

Responsibilities

• Produce daily slides and barrels per SOPs to meet quality/production goals.
• Use hand-tools and precision tools to reach specifications.
• Perform visual and caliper-based quality inspections.
• Carry out quality control with gauges and measuring equipment.
• Promptly report production or performance issues to supervisor.
• Operate manual and semiautomatic machines; mills, lathes, saws.
• Follow SOPs and maintain clean, safe workstations.
• Maintain a safe, clean manufacturing area.
