Qualifications

• Experience operating lathes and milling machines

• Interpretation of CATIA/UG-NX data sources is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lay out, set up, and operate lathes and milling machines.
• Work from blue prints, outlines, and work instructions.
• Set up milling machines with proper tooling and fixtures.
• Select, mount, align, and adjust cutting tools.
• Set feeds, speeds, and depths of cuts.
• Perform, verify, and document first-run parts to tolerances.
• Inspect with standard measuring tools and report variances.
