Job summary

Total Aviation Staffing, LLC is seeking a skilled CNC Mill & Lathe Machinist in Huntington Beach, CA. You will perform precision setups on CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, and work with prototyping parts on the 2nd shift while potentially earning overtime.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of CNC experience, own required tooling, and can read complex drawings. ITAR requirements apply; DoD clearance is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as CNC Machinist on mills and/or lathes.
• Experience setting up and machining complex, precision prototype parts.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints with high accuracy.
• Must own personal tools required for machining duties.
• US citizen or Permanent Resident due to ITAR requirements.
• DoD clearance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision setups and machine complex prototype parts on CNC mills and lathes.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precision and quality.
• Use personal tools to complete machining tasks efficiently.
• Work the 2nd shift starting at 4:15 PM or 6:00 PM based on workload.
• Be willing to work weekly overtime as needed.
