RBC Bearings is seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join our growing aerospace team on the 2nd shift. You will operate CNC lathes and mills, load parts, run production lots, and ensure parts meet print specifications while maintaining a safe, organized work area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CNC associate’s degree from Technical School or equivalent experience required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Experience running and setting up CNC lathes and/or mills.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines on the 2nd shift to fabricate parts.
• Load parts, cycle machines, and monitor tooling wear.
• Perform setup and deburring on CNC equipment.
• Inspect machined parts to print specifications.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and document activities.
• Report defects and perform basic preventive maintenance.
