Job summary

ConMet is seeking a Precision Machining Operator in Clackamas, OR to run CNC lathes, drill presses, and related equipment. Training is provided, with a stable 40-hour work week and a graveyard shift schedule (Mon–Fri, 11:00 pm–7:30 am).

Starting pay is $22.37/hour for 90 days, then $23.02/hour, with shift premium. Candidates should be comfortable with precision measurement and eager to learn in a manufacturing setting.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Comfort with tools for precision measurement & inspection.
• A learning mindset—we will teach you how to do the job.

Responsibilities

• Operate fabrication machines with safety and throughput in mind.
• Set up and operate CNC lathes to meet exact specifications.

• Perform precision measurement and inspection to verify quality.
