Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a Machine Technician in Georgia to set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on assigned machines. Inspect parts to specifications and adjust tooling as necessary to maintain quality.

The role requires 6-S discipline, ability to meet production rates, and collaboration with leads and maintenance to ensure safe, efficient production and data accuracy across shift reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience operating manufacturing equipment and process control.
• Thermoforming or injection mold operator experience required.
• Powered industrial truck certifications required (Forklift/Reach Truck/Cherry Picker).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot machine inefficiencies.
• Support and train operators on various machines.
• Operate machines to maintain production at a high quality with minimal waste.
• Perform in-process inspections for visual acceptance.
• Produce parts as identified by the production schedule.
• Adjust machine settings to meet specifications in a timely fashion.
• Meet KPI goals for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service.
• Maintain clean work area and follow 6-S standards.
