You will inspect parts, adjust setups, support operators, and help ensure safe, efficient production at high rates. This position offers on-site work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with strict 6-S standards.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience preferred.
• Prior experience operating manufacturing and process control equipment required.
• Thermoforming, Injection Mold, or related machine operator experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot machine inefficiencies.
• Support and train operators on various machines.
• Operate machine to maintain continuous production at a high quality level with minimal wasted time.
• Perform in-process inspections of parts and ensure they meet visual standards of acceptance.
• Responsible for producing parts in the proper quantity as identified by the production schedule.
• Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications.
