Len-Tex Corporation is seeking skilled Machine Technicians to run production equipment safely, accurately, and on schedule. You will set up machines, monitor performance, and address issues before they affect quality or uptime of manufacturing processes.

The role emphasizes operating and setting up machines to specifications, performing preventative maintenance, and complying with lockout/tagout and safety protocols during every shift.

Qualifications

• Experience with machine operation and setup in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read specifications, follow written instructions, and verify results.
• Working knowledge of preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up machines to meet work instructions and specifications.
• Perform preventative maintenance and document completed work.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical problems and elevate as needed.
• Use hand tools and follow inspection steps to meet quality requirements.
• Follow lockout/tagout and machine safety procedures at all times.
